Klyntra Technologies Private Limited (“Klyntra”, “we”, “our”, “us”), CIN U62012TS2026PTC217698, operates the websites askcha.ai, tapry.in, stockchatify.in and klyntratech.in (together, the “Platforms”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, mobile number, and the preferences you set on your account.

Information collected automatically when you use the Platforms: IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages visited and actions taken. This is used to operate the service, measure usage and detect abuse.

We do not store your card, bank or UPI credentials. Payments are processed by our payment partner, who receives those details directly. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Platforms
• To send transactional messages — receipts, renewal notices, security alerts
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who operate parts of the Platforms on our behalf — payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, market data — and only to the extent each needs to do its job. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion your profile and content are hidden immediately and permanently erased after a 30-day window, during which you may restore the account.

Records of payments are retained beyond that window where we are required to keep them for tax, accounting and audit purposes under Indian law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the Platforms are used. You may disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the service will not work correctly without them.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Platforms are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product.
