These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by Klyntra Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62012TS2026PTC217698) — askcha.ai, tapry.in and klyntratech.in (together, the “Platforms”). By using any of them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Platforms you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Nature of the content

Content on the Platforms is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platforms is investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.

Where a Platform provides stock market information, analysis, data or discussion, nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Klyntra Technologies Private Limited is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Investment decisions you make are your own.

Market prices and other market data shown on the Platforms may be delayed and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and must not be redistributed.

Some features generate responses using artificial intelligence. Such responses can be incomplete or wrong, and should be verified before being relied upon.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Certain features require a paid plan. Prices are shown in INR, exclusive of GST; GST is added at the applicable rate and the total is shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content
• Do not manipulate, or attempt to manipulate, any market or any other user
• Do not impersonate any person or entity
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platforms or to other users' accounts
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute content or data from the Platforms

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Platforms, and all content, trademarks, logos and software in them, belong to Klyntra Technologies Private Limited or to our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission. Content you post remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platforms.

7. Third-party creators

Creators and professionals who publish on our Platforms operate independently. We do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for their content, and any arrangement you enter into with them is between you and them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Platforms available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature. Where a paid feature is withdrawn permanently, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platforms are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klyntra Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment loss, arising from your use of the Platforms. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
