Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all products and services offered by Klyntra Technologies Private Limited ("Klyntra", "we", "us"), including Cha AI (askcha.ai).

1. Digital services only

We provide digital software services only. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods, and no physical shipment is made for any purchase.

2. How services are delivered

Paid plans and features are delivered online. Access is activated on the account used for the purchase immediately after a successful payment, and a payment confirmation is sent to the registered email address.

3. Delivery timelines

Activation is instant in most cases.
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it within 2 working days.

4. Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. Plan prices are shown excluding GST; applicable GST is added at checkout.

5. Service area

Our services are available online to users in India.
